March 26, 2025 - We’ve added new phishing topic menus to the Phishing Templates subtab! March 24, 2025 - We’ve added some new features to improve your managed executive reporting, including a new PAB (Phish Alert Button) Activities widget, a new trend line, and the ability to download executive report widgets. Now, you can include detailed information about how your organization uses the PAB in your executive report. March 24, 2025 - We’ve added new features to improve your executive reporting, including a new linear trend line, downloadable executive report widgets, and the ability to search by executive report name. March 20, 2025 - We’ve released Red Vector’s Fulcrum integration to the KSAT console. Fulcrum is an intelligence platform designed to enhance insider risk management. Integrating Fulcrum with KSAT can help you identify possible workplace threats earlier by performing risk analysis. This integration also allows you to assign training campaigns to reduce workplace risks. February 28, 2025: Admins can now download completion certificates in bulk from the Users subtab of a training campaign. This option creates a .zip file containing certificates for selected users in .pdf format. For more information, see the User Management in Training Campaigns article. February 27, 2025 - We updated the Not Opened outcome to No Action on the Phishing Test Results filter in our executive reports. For more information on executive reporting, see our Executive Reports Overview. February 24, 2025 - Gradient MSP released an integration to the KSAT console. This integration enables partners to synchronize the latest active user counts from their KnowBe4 customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing based on the actual number of active users rather than the originally ordered seat count. February 18, 2025 - We’ve released a Tidal Cyber integration to the KSAT console. This integration allows you to efficiently assess, organize, and optimize your cyber defenses based on a deep understanding of the threats and adversaries that are most relevant to you. February 6, 2025 - We’ve updated PasswordIQ to version 1.0.24! In this version, we updated the software license agreement and fixed a bug that prevented PIQ from connecting to the domain controller during scans. January 27, 2025: We’ve released a CYE Hyver integration to the KSAT console. This integration allows you to create findings based on data from phishing simulation outcomes and compliance gaps discovered during KnowBe4’s security awareness training in your organization. This integration allows you to sync Mirage simulation events directly into your KSAT console for reporting, training, and targeting purposes. January 7, 2025: We’ve added the option to select specific template languages when creating a phishing campaign. For more information, see our Create and Manage Phishing Campaigns article. January 7, 2025: We’ve added an Enable Standardized CSVs toggle in the Reports section of our Account Settings. January 5, 2025: The CSV file downloads from the phishing campaign Users subtab have been updated to show only phishing test data visible on each column header. All phishing test data is available when downloading the CSV file from the Recipients column header. January 2, 2025: We’ve added new Active Directory Integration support and SCIM provisioning support for user language, out-of-office, and user type fields. August 27, 2024 - We have released our Google User Provisioning (GUP) feature! You can now provision users from your Google Workspace environment directly into your KnowBe4 console. User provisioning can be configured to include users and groups, Google OUs, or a combination of both. This feature is being gradually released for all customers over the next few weeks. August 26, 2024 - We've updated our reporting APIs to allow you to return the store purchase ID for each training enrollment, to exclude the ‘completion_percentage’ field from the response to greatly speed up response time, and to return a specific employee number.
