You can integrate Assurix Assurix (link opens in new window) into your KSAT console. Assurix is a real-time cybersecurity trustmark and governance platform designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to provide continuous, live evidence of security and operational maturity. This integration automatically collects security awareness training metrics. Once connected, Assurix continuously monitors the MSP's KnowBe4 account and surfaces key security awareness metrics alongside the rest of their compliance data.
Before You Connect Assurix to Your KSAT Console
Before integrating Assurix into your KSAT console, you must find your API address and create a Reporting Event API key. Follow the steps below to do both actions.

Your API address depends on where your KnowBe4 account is located. Please see the table below to find the API address for your region.

- Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right corner under your account’s email address.
- In Account Settings, navigate to Account Integrations.
- Under Account Integrations, navigate to API > Reporting API.
- On the Reporting API tab, select the + Create New API token button to open the API token creation screen.
- Enter a name for the token, then select Create Token.
- Please save this API token for the steps below.
Connecting Assurix to Your KSAT Console
You can connect your Assurix platform to your KSAT console by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Assurix platform as an admin.
- Navigate to Integrations.
- Locate KnowBe4 under Security Awareness Training and select Connect.
- Select your Region from the previous step. For example, if your KSAT account is located in the US, you would select US.
- Paste the Reporting API key you generated in the previous step.
- Select Test Connection to test the integration’s connection.
- When the connection test is completed, the integration is active, and Assurix will start collecting metrics from KSAT.
KSAT Metrics Collected by Assurix
KSAT metrics can be viewed in the MSP compliance monitoring dashboard in the Assurix platform.
Assurix collects and displays the following metrics from your KSAT console:

| Phish-prone Percentage | The organization's phish-prone percentage from the most recent phishing simulation |
| Training Completion Percentage | Percentage of active training enrollments that have been completed |
| Account Risk Score | The organization's current KnowBe4 Risk Score |
| Total Users | Number of active users in the KnowBe4 account |
| Active Phishing Campaigns | Number of currently active phishing security tests |
| Training Enrollment Count | Total number of active training enrollments |
| Training Modules Past Due | Number of training enrollments that are past their due date |
| Training Campaigns Past Due | Number of active training campaigns with at least one past-due enrollment |
