Integrating C_nSight with KMSAT

In this article, you’ll learn how to integrate your C_nSight platform with your KMSAT console. This integration will allow you to send phishing data from your KMSAT console to your C_nSight platform to provide a broader view of your organization’s cybersecurity performance.

To learn how to integrate your KMSAT console with your C_nSight platform, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your C_nSight account.
2. Click Integration Center from the Organization drop-down menu.
3. Scroll to the KnowBe4 card in the Security Training & Awareness section.
4. Click the pencil icon.
5. Paste your Reporting API token in the KnowBe4 API Token field.
6. Click Submit.

You will see a green confirmation message notifying you of the successful connection.

To verify that the integration was successful, click the clock icon on the KnowBe4 card. A drop-down menu will appear with the status and timestamp of the most recent data sync.

Once the connection is established, click Phishing Incidents And Training from the Security Functions drop-down menu to get a detailed report of all Cybersecurity Performance Indicators (CPIs) and phishing results.
