The KnowBe4 Platform Notifications feature allows you to subscribe to important messages about your KnowBe4 platform.
The Critical Alerts notification type allows you to receive notifications for critical and time-sensitive platform updates. These messages may require administrative attention or action, such as changes to your user experience, platform workflows, KnowBe4 logos, and more.
Note:Platform notifications are only available for KnowBe4 admins and partner admins.
The Critical Alerts notification subscription is enabled by default. Notification preferences can be adjusted from your Personal Settings page. For more information, see the Personal Settings Guide or the Personal Settings section of the Partner and Multi-Account: Getting Started Guide.
