Learner Support: Navigating the Learner Experience (LX)

If you're reading this, it's likely that your organization is using the KnowBe4 Learner Experience (LX) to assign training content. You can customize your LX by selecting a preferred language, and you may also be able to earn badges and compete against your peers.

Note:If you are looking for information about the KnowBe4 Learner App, visit our Learner Support: KnowBe4 Learner App article.

Read below to learn more about these features, or watch any of our LX videos for more information.

Localization

You can set your preferred Learner Experience (LX) language by clicking your name in the top-right corner of your account and then clicking the desired language at the bottom of the drop-down menu. The interface for the LX will be translated to the selected language and courses that are available in that language that have not been started will default to that language.

For the full list of supported languages, visit our Multi-Language Support and Localization page.
