You can integrate your CYE Hyver platform into your KSAT console. Hyver is CYE’s Cyber Risk Quantification Platform. Integrating Hyver into your KSAT console allows you to create findings based on data from phishing simulation outcomes and compliance gaps discovered during KnowBe4’s security awareness training in your organization.

Before You Connect Hyver to Your KSAT Console

Before integrating CYE’s Hyver into your KSAT console, you must find your API address and create a Reporting Event API key. Follow the steps below to do both actions.

1. Your API address depends on where your KnowBe4 account is located. Please see the table below to find the API address for your region.

2. Log in to your KSAT console as an admin.
3. Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right corner under your account’s email address.
4. In Account Settings, navigate to Account Integrations.
5. Under Account Integrations, navigate to API > Reporting API.
6. On the Reporting API tab, click the + Create New API Token button to open the API token creation screen.
7. Enter a name for the token, then click Create Token.
8. Please save this API token for the below steps.

Connecting Hyver to Your KSAT Console

You can connect your Hyver platform to your KSAT console by following the steps below.

1. Log in to your Hyver platform as an admin.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
3. Select the KnowBe4 tile.
4. Enter the name for the integration.
5. Under Authentication, enter your API address from the previous steps to the Base URL field. For example, if your KSAT account is located in the US, you would use "https://us.api.knowbe4.com".
6. Enter the Reporting API token generated in the previous steps to the API key field.
7. Click the Test connection button to verify that your Hyver platform can connect to the KSAT console.
8. Click Save to save the configuration or Cancel to skip saving. When you click Save, Hyver will automatically test the connection to KSAT.

When you click Save, Hyver initiates a data synchronization with KSAT. Findings are populated in Hyver, and an engagement named Integrations with external tools is created. You can view this data on Hyver’s Findings page.
