Training Tab Updates
The Campaigns, Notification Templates, Policies, and Reports tabs that are underneath the training tab have been updated with a new user interface that makes it easier to create and modify training campaigns, notification templates, policies, and reports.
Campaigns Tab
On the Campaigns tab, click the +Create Training Campaign button to navigate to the new interface for creating a campaign. Make sure you fill out all of the required fields as you did before.
Notification Templates Tab
The +New Training Notification Template button will take you to our updated WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor. This editor functions similarly to the WYSIWYG editor under the Phishing tab. If you would like to create a new template category, click the Add New Category button. Then, enter the category name and click Save. You can edit, delete, and hide or unhide these categories by hovering over that category and clicking the appropriate button.
Policies Tab
The main policies screen now details the page count of the policy, the status, the type of policy, when it was last updated, the default language, and the number of languages that policy is in. You can now create and upload URL and PDF policies by clicking on the Add Policy drop-down and selecting either URL or PDF. The policy creation screen has changed as well. The minimum time required field is the amount of time it should take your users to complete the policy. The Add Language button will take you to a more detailed view of the Policy creation screen.
On the Add Language screen is where you will upload the PDF or insert the URL, decide the acceptance requirements meaning whether there is a checkbox on every page or just the final page, the language of the policy, the acceptance text, the per page acceptance text (if that option is selected), and the final page acceptance text. Once you’ve uploaded your default language, repeat this process to add additional languages.
My Training
The My Training tab is retiring. As an admin, you can access your assigned training by clicking on your email in the top right corner and selecting My Training.
ModStore Updates
We’ve moved the Uploaded Content and Store Purchases tabs from the Training tab to the ModStore. If you go to these sections under the Training tab, you will see a friendly reminder that the tabs have been moved.
Uploaded Content
We moved the Uploaded Content tab, but the structure and functionality has not changed. You can still upload content just as you usually would.
Store Purchases
Store Purchases was renamed to Library. With this change, you’ll notice the Add to Account button is now Add to Library. The Library has been redesigned with the ability to sort and analyze your saved content.
- Status Filter - Use this drop-down to filter by status. Choose from active, retired, archived, or all. You can also choose to show or hide hidden items.
- Content Type - Use this drop-down to filter by the type of content such as video modules, games, posters, and more.
- Search - Search for keywords used in the content title.
- Headers - Sort your library by clicking on the header of choice.
- Item Detail
- Click this icon to go to the content details page of the ModStore, where you can preview and download this item.
- Remove
- If an item has not been included in a training campaign, you can remove it from your library by clicking this icon.
- Usage Summary
- If an item has been used in a training campaign, you can view insights about the content by clicking this icon.
This window provides information like the completion status for those enrolled, reviews from your users, and all the campaigns that include this content. - More
- The more icon includes the option to hide or show an item.
Note:
Your current security roles will not be impacted by these changes. For example: If a user previously had access to your Store Purchases, but not to the ModStore, that user can now view the Library tab, but will not have access to the Browse tab of the ModStore.
