Integrating ControlMap with KMSAT

In this article, you'll learn how to integrate your ControlMap platform with your KMSAT console. This integration will allow you to send training campaign data to ControlMap so that you can mark training requirements as complete.

To integrate ControlMap with KMSAT, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to ControlMap.
2. From the navigation panel, select Integrations.
3. In the top-right corner of the page, click + New Integration.
4. Select KnowBe4.
5. In the KnowBe4 API Bearer Token field, paste your Reporting API Token.
6. Click Create. When you click this button, a Training Campaigns drop-down menu will display.
7. From the drop-down menu, select the training campaigns you would like to send data from.
8. Click Update Connection.
9. Review the checks that the connector will perform, then click Next.
10. Set a schedule for your scan. On the frequency, day, and time you set, the connector will scan your selected training campaigns for data.
11. To initiate a scan now, click Save & Scan Now. To wait to initiate a scan until the scheduled day, click Save Schedule instead.

Once you configure the integration and perform a scan, your training campaign data will display in ControlMap. As your users complete their training for these campaigns, it will be marked as complete in ControlMap.

To view your training campaign data, navigate to your KnowBe4 integration page and select the Awareness Training tab.
