You can integrate your Mirage platform into your KSAT console. Mirage is an AI-driven social engineering platform that allows you to protect your organization through vishing (voice phishing) simulations, training, and mobile-based mitigation. You can sync Mirage simulation events directly into your KSAT console for reporting, training, and targeting purposes.

Before You Connect Mirage to Your KSAT Console

Before integrating Mirage into your KSAT console, you must find your API address and create a User Event API key. Follow the steps below to do both actions.

1. Your API address depends on where your KnowBe4 account is located. Please see the table below to find the API address for your region.

2. Log into your KSAT console as an admin.
3. Navigate to Account Settings in the top-right corner under your account’s email address.
4. In Account Settings, navigate to Account Integrations.
5. Under Account Integrations, navigate to API > User Event API.
6. Give your User Event API key a name and click the Create API Key button. Your API key will appear.
7. Please save this API key for the below steps.

Connecting Mirage to Your KSAT Console

You can connect your Mirage platform to your KSAT console by following the steps below.

1. Log into your Mirage platform as an admin.
2. Navigate to Org. Settings.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to navigate to KnowBe4 User Events.
4. Select the region that matches your base URL in the Region drop-down menu
5. Enter the User Event API key from the previous steps in the API Key field.
6. Click Save.
