You can integrate Narmada into your KnowBe4 console. Narmada is a cloud-based virtual chief information officer and compliance management platform for managed service providers, helping standardize client assessments, build technology roadmaps, and manage compliance across multiple clients.
This integration pulls your security awareness training and phishing simulation data into Narmada, enabling you to demonstrate human risk posture during quarterly business and compliance reviews. Once connected, Narmada displays your KnowBe4 account, user, group, phishing test, training campaign, and Risk Score data across client dashboards and reports.
Before You Connect Narmada to Your KnowBe4 Console
Narmada's KnowBe4 integration requires a Platinum, Diamond, SAT Foundation, or SAT Advanced KnowBe4 subscription. Reporting API access is included with these subscription levels.
Narmada offers two ways to connect to your KnowBe4 console, and you can use either or both in the same Narmada account.
- Partner connection (recommended for MSPs): Connect once using your KnowBe4 management or partner admin account. Narmada discovers every child account under your partner console, and you map each child account to a Narmada client. This method requires a Diamond or SAT Advanced subscription.
- Direct console connection: Connect one KnowBe4 console per client using that client's own Reporting API token. Use this method for clients who are not part of your partner console or are on a subscription below Diamond or SAT Advanced.
You must also find your API address and create a Reporting API token. Follow the steps below to do both actions.
