The different color backgrounds on the accounts indicate the type of account that they have. Accounts with a yellow background color indicate a Free account, a dark gray background color indicates an Archived account, and an orange background color indicates a Trial account.
To add an account to your management console, log into the Partner Portal and under the Contact Us drop-down menu, choose Add Domain Account. You will need to provide the following information:
- Company Name (Legal Entity Name).
- Domain Name.
- Street address, including Country, State or Province, and City.
- The initial number of users that will be uploaded to the console.
- Who will be managing the console?
- Do you have the client's permission to phish and train this domain?
- Whether the account will be a "Paid" or "Trial" account.
You will receive a response within 24 business hours.
If you are adding a Trial account, please note that the 30 day trial period begins the day the domain is added to your console.
