After your account migrates to the KnowBe4 Platform, some of your settings might look a little different. In this article, you'll find information for the updated interface as well as new settings related to the new KnowBe4 Platform. To learn how to migrate, see our KnowBe4 Platform Migration Scheduler article. For information related to existing settings, see our Knowledge Base.

On the Home page, you can view your Security Risk Overview dashboard. This page allows you to view actionable insights for your Risk Score. The functionality behind Risk Score hasn't changed, just the look is different. For more information about Risk Score, see our SmartRisk™ Engine and Risk Score Guide.
In the new experience, you can click each security type widget to view its Risk Score, history, risk factors, and recommendations right on the dashboard. We also provide you with dynamic, actionable Risk Score recommendations based on your organization's integrated products and security needs. For more information, see our Platform Security Risk Overview article.

The Password and Security tab allows you to change your password, enable multi-factor authentication (MFA), and view or log out of your active sessions. MFA is required for all admins. Passwords must be at least 12 characters.
Onboarding Wizard
The Onboarding Wizard is a guided, step-by-step setup in your KnowBe4 Platform that gets your organization, Security Awareness Training, and PhishER configured with recommended best practices, in less time and with less guesswork.
The first time you log in, you'll see a prompt to begin onboarding. Select Start Setup to begin.
When you're done, select Go to Dashboard. Your dashboard lists each product you're subscribed to, and each one has its own Start Setup option. Each product's Onboarding Wizard has a small set of required steps.
If you need to exit the wizard, your progress will be saved automatically, including steps you've completed or skipped. You can return to the wizard at any time to pick up where you left off.
For existing customers migrating to the new platform, the Onboarding Wizard recognizes the steps you have already completed. For example, if you've already run phishing and training campaigns or configured the Phish Alert Button, those steps are marked as complete.
