Activity Reports

If you’re looking for reports that show specific actions by individual users or detailed results, we suggest our Phishing Activity Reports, Training Activity Reports, and Risk Score Activity Report.

These reports display comprehensive data about phishing, training, and Risk Score data. You can filter these reports by specific details and export them as CSV files for spreadsheet analysis or download the reports as PDF files for a quick review.

Smart Groups

If you’re looking for information for a specific group of users with direct access to real-time dashboards, we suggest our Smart Groups feature.

Smart Groups are dynamic user lists that update automatically based on criteria you set. They're perfect for comparing user counts across specific segments, triggering automated training or phishing campaigns, or tracking unique user behaviors like repeat reporters or consistent clickers.

APIs and Webhooks

If you’re looking for information on APIs for developing your own tools or for integrations in other platforms, we suggest our Reporting API, User Event API, Product API, Graph API, or webhooks feature.

Our API integrations allow you to build highly custom dashboards in external business intelligence tools. Our webhooks feature allows you to integrate KnowBe4 data with other internal systems.
