Did you receive an email or notification from your organization letting you know you've been enrolled in training? If so, follow the steps below!

If you're an admin in your account, you will want to log in to your account using the same steps as below and simply click on the TRAINING > My Training tabs to access your assigned training.
If you've been enrolled in training and received a link to access your training, simply click the link (or copy and paste it into your browser). Most commonly, the link provided in the notification will automatically confirm your account within KnowBe4's system and will immediately send you an activation link to the email address that was assigned training. If this occurs, move on to Step 2.
Alternatively, the link may send you to a sign-up or login page, as shown below. It will prompt you to enter your email address to create your account. Click "Next" after entering.
When you click "Next", you will be sent a confirmation email with a link inside which will activate your account.
Click on the confirmation link to activate your account, and you will land on the user account creation page.
Fill out the account form and set a password for your account.

You will be logged in and see the available courses.
Be sure to have your pop-up blocker disabled and click the "Start Course" button. Your training will begin now!
If you need to take the course in a different language, check for a flag icon next to the "Start Course" button. Clicking that drop-down will allow you select a different language for your training (if available).

To save your course progress when completed, or whenever you need to take a break from training, simply close your training browser window. Your My Training page will refresh to show you your progress/status with the course.
