How Do I Turn Off My Pop-up Blocker?
When you log in to the Learner Experience (LX), you will see a list of assigned training and policies you need to read and acknowledge. You may notice that when you click on a training course that your training does not open. This could be because your training is being blocked by your pop-up blocker. In order to ensure the training window or policy viewer opens properly, you must disable the pop-up blocker in your browser.
