Using Account Information Placeholders
You can use account information placeholders to populate specific information from the Account Owner’s Account Settings, such as your organization's domain. For general information about placeholders, see our How to Use Placeholders article.
For information about each of the account information placeholders, see the table below:
Placeholder Name | Placeholder Drop-Down Menu Option | Information Populated |
[[domain]] | N/A |
This placeholder populates the email recipient's domain. For example, the domain could be "yourdomain.com". If you have multiple domains in your account, the placeholder will use the recipient's domain. Note: This placeholder is not available from the drop-down menu. However, you can use this placeholder anywhere in templates. To make sure that the placeholder works correctly, you can click the Send Me a Test Email button.
If you would prefer not to spoof your recipients' domains, you can set the domain that populates for this placeholder in phishing templates and landing pages. For more information, see the Phishing Settings section of our How to Edit Your Account Settings article. |

This placeholder populates your organization's logo if you have set a logo URL in the Company Logo URL field of your Account Settings. This will populate the image as-is from the logo URL. To automatically populate the image, this placeholder uses HTML. For more information, see our How to Add Your Company Logo, Logo URL, and Brand Color to Your Console article. |
