The Dashboard is your starting point in Agent Risk Manager. It summarizes what your AI agents did, how much of that activity was flagged, and which of your users were involved. Use the Dashboard to see what needs attention, then move to the AI Activity Log to see the individual events behind the numbers.
Access the Dashboard
How you access the Dashboard depends on whether you use the classic KnowBe4 console or the KnowBe4 Platform. Follow the steps in the matching subsection.
Classic KnowBe4 Console
To access your Dashboard from the classic KnowBe4 console, follow these steps:
- Log in to your classic KnowBe4 console.
- In the top-left corner of the screen, select the grid icon. A drop-down menu will display.
- In the drop-down menu, select Agent Risk Manager.
- In the sidebar, select Dashboard.
KnowBe4 Platform
To access your Dashboard from the KnowBe4 Platform, follow these steps:
- Log in to your KnowBe4 Platform.

Set Your Date Range
Most of your Dashboard data is scoped to the date range you select. To change your date range, select the date range button on the top-right of the screen and choose one of the following:
- Past 7 Days
- Past 15 Days
- Past 1 Month
- Custom: This option opens a calendar so you can pick your own start and end dates.
Past 15 Days is selected by default. Each option counts back from today and includes today. For example, Past 15 Days covers 15 calendar dates ending with today.
Available Widgets
The Dashboard shows the following widgets:
- Discovered to Date
- Most Used Providers
- Top Detection Type
- Policy Accepted
- Detections in This Date Range
- Activity in This Date Range
For more information about each widget, see the subsections below.
Discovered to Date
The Discovered to Date widget shows the total number of AI agents that Agent Risk Manager has discovered in your environment.
Most Used Providers
The Most Used Providers widget shows your organization's top three most used providers, ranked by how many invocations each produced in your selected date range.
Top Detection Type
The Top Detection Type widget shows the detection category with the most detections in your selected date range. The figure is that category's share of every detection in the range, with the category name below it.
Policy Accepted
The Policy Accepted widget shows the percentage of counted users who have acknowledged your published Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Underneath the figure, the exact ratio is shown, along with the number of users who still need to acknowledge the policy.
Detections in This Date Range
The Detections in This Date Range widget reports the following:
- The total number of events a detection engine flagged in your selected range.
- Users with detections: How many distinct users triggered at least one of those detections, followed by that count as a percentage of your enrolled users.
- Detection categories: Each detection category found in your range and how many times they triggered.
- Detections by user: The top six users with the most detections in your date range. Each row shows the user's initials, username, detection counts by category, total detection count, and share of all detections in the range. Hover over or focus any colored band in the bar to see which category it is and how many detections it represents.
To see individual events behind the totals, use the View Activity Log button to see the AI Activity Log.
Activity in This Date Range
The Activity in This Date Range widget shows an overall summary of your date range using the following data points:
- All events recorded: Every event Agent Risk Manager recorded in the range, along with the number of days the range covers.
- Invocations: The events that count as an invocation, with each request counted once.
- Busiest day: The single date with the most recorded events, along with that day's event count.
- Daily average: Events per day across the whole range, including days with no activity.
- Detections per Day: A stacked bar chart where each bar is one day of detections in your date range, split by the provider that produced them.
-
Events by class: A stacked bar and a table that sorts every recorded event in your date range into classes, along with a count and a percentage for each. The heading shows the total for the range. The event classes are listed in the following order:
- Detections: Events a detection engine flagged.
- Excused by exception: Detections where every flagged item matched an exception you configured.
- Benign: Events that were analyzed and not flagged. This is normally the large majority of your activity.
- Agent discovery: Records created when Agent Risk Manager learns the shape of a new agent.
- Policy acknowledgements: Records created when a user acknowledges your AUP.
- Blocked by the browser extension: Records created when the browser extension blocks an AI interaction.
