The AI Policies page in Agent Risk Manager is where you upload and version the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) that your users acknowledge in the KnowBe4 Browser Extension. The AUP is a document that tells your users how they may use AI tools. Upload it to Agent Risk Manager as a PDF, and the KnowBe4 Browser Extension shows it to your users so they can acknowledge it. This article explains how to access AI Policies, publish your AUP, review the published policy and its version history, and track user acknowledgments.

The Currently Published table shows the policy your users acknowledge, including its Version, the File name, Published date, and who it was Uploaded by. To open the PDF in a new browser tab, select the row or the View icon. To replace the policy, upload a new PDF in the Upload Policy section.
To view the AUP's version history, follow these steps:

- Review the All Published Versions table.
- Open a version in the table by selecting its row or the View icon.
To narrow the table view, use the search box to match a file name, or use the Uploaded by, Date Range, and More Filters controls.
Track User Acknowledgments
To see whether users have acknowledged the AUP, go to User Activity. The Policy column shows Acknowledged or Pending for each user. Pending means the user hasn't acknowledged the current AUP.
To see more detail for a user, select the user, and then select the Policy tab. This tab shows whether the AUP has been Shown or Not Shown yet to that user.
To narrow the table, select an option in the AUP status drop-down menu. The filter applies to the current page only. To download the full filtered list as a CSV file, select Export.
