Using Training Reports
In your KnowBe4 account, you can view reports about your users' training progress. These reports include information such as how many users have completed their training content, how many users have not completed their training content, and how many users have acknowledged assigned policies. To access training reports, log in to your KnowBe4 account and navigate to Training > Reports.
Click the links below to learn about the different types of data you can view from your training reports. For more information about managing and monitoring training campaigns, see our Creating and Managing Training Campaigns article or our Monitoring Training Campaigns video.

Sign-up Reports
At the top of the Reports subtab, the Sign-up Reports section contains two reports. These reports are Users Who Have Logged In and Users Who Have Never Logged In. To view the report in your account, click the report name. You can also download a CSV file of each report by clicking the CSV button at the right side of the page.
If you click the Users Who Have Logged In report, you will be able to view a table with a list of users who have logged in to their KnowBe4 account, the date when they created their account, and the date when they last logged in to their account.
If you click the Users Who Have Never Logged In report, you will be able to view a table with a list of users who have never logged in to their KnowBe4 account and the date when they joined. Since the users have not logged in to their KnowBe4 account to take their training, the Last Login At column will always be blank.
