Dashboard Reports

Customize Your Widgetized Dashboard

From the Dashboard tab, you can monitor your organization's activity for the features that you use in your KnowBe4 account. If you have access to the widgetized dashboard feature, you can customize your default dashboard by adding, removing, resizing, and rearranging widgets. In addition to the default widgets, you can access more widgets so that you can customize your widgetized dashboard's display. For information about the default widgets that display on your dashboard, see our Dashboard article.

Note:The widgetized dashboard is only available for paid accounts that have access to both phishing and training. For more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Additional Widgets

If you have access to the widgetized dashboard, you can add additional widgets to your dashboard. Depending on how you want to display your organization's information, you can use these widgets as an alternative to some of the default widgets. To learn how to add widgets to your dashboard, see the Adding Widgets section below.

Note:Depending on your security role, you may not have access to all widgets. The widgets that you are unable to access will appear grayed out. If you hover your mouse over a widget that is grayed out, a message will display that indicates that you do not have access to the widget. For more information, please contact your administrator.

See the list below to learn about the additional widgets that you can add to your dashboard.

  • Phish Alert Button Data: You can add the Phish Alert Button Data widget to view the number of times that your users have installed the PAB, uninstalled the PAB, reported a simulated phishing email with the PAB, and reported a non-simulated phishing email with the PAB. This widget can be used as an alternative to the full Phish Alert Button widget, which also includes a graph comparing your organization's phish alert reports.  PAB Data Widget
