Activating and Accessing Your Account

If you have never logged in to the KCM GRC platform, once your administrator has created an account for you, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your account.Account Confirmation Email

If you did not receive this email, be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder. If you don't see the email there, reach out to your KCM GRC administrator and request that they resend the activation email

Follow the instructions in the email to activate your account. Then, create and confirm your password.

Tip: Once you've reached the login page, bookmark this page or save the URL to easily access your account in the future.

How Do I Reset My Password?

From the login page of your organization's account, click the Forgot Password? link. Then, enter your email address and click the Send Email button. 

You will receive an email that contains a link and a code that you will use to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email. Then, create and confirm your new password.

Note: If Single Sign-On/SAML is configured for your account, you will not receive a password reset email (unless you are an Account Administrator, Vendor, or Auditor user). Please see Activating and Accessing Your Account With SSO/SAML for more information. If you need additional assistance with accessing your account, contact your account administrator.
