KnowBe4’s PhishER Plus is available on the PhishER platform as a new subscription or upgrade option for current PhishER customers. Using PhishER Plus, your organization can access crowd-sourced information and tools to strengthen your security measures and defense-in-depth plan. PhishER Plus features allow you to automatically block or remove validated email threats from your users' inboxes. You can also integrate with third-party analysis tools, like CrowdStrike, to provide your organization with security scans and evaluations.

• Global Blocklist: The Global Blocklist uses crowd-sourced information about email threats to help you prevent malicious or spam emails from reaching your users’ inboxes. Once you enable this feature and connect it to your Microsoft 365 mail server, KnowBe4 will connect your mail server to the Global Blocklist. • Global PhishRIP: If you enable PhishRIP in your platform, you can enable the Global PhishRIP feature to remove email threats from your user's inboxes before they are reported in your organization. For more information, read our Global PhishRIP Guide article.
• CrowdStrike Falcon Sandbox: If you have an active CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence subscription, you can configure the CrowdStrike Falcon Sandbox integration for your PhishER platform. CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence is a threat intelligence service that combines with the Falcon Sandbox to analyze files and URLs for malicious content in a protected sandbox environment. • Threat Intel: The Threat Intel feature uses Webroot’s BrightCloud Web Classification & Web Reputation Service to analyze URLs for malicious content. For more information, read our Integrate Threat Intel with Your PhishER Platform article.
• PhishML Insights: If you enable PhishML in your console, PhishML Insights is automatically enabled. This feature provides an explanation about how PhishML determines if a message is clean, spam, or a threat. For more information, read our PhishML Insights Guide.
