Unable to Open the Training Assignment Window

If you’ve clicked on the Start button to launch a training assignment and do not see it appear in a new window, this may be due to your browser blocking pop-ups.

Please allow pop-up windows from KnowBe4.com so you can view the assignment in its own window. See: How to Disable Your Pop-Up Blocker

You can click the Start button to launch the assignment again after disabling your pop-up blocker.

If you continue to experience issues, try a different browser. Make sure you are using a browser that meets our Browser Requirements.
