Uploading Custom SecurityTip Graphics
If your organization uses SecurityCoach, you can upload custom SecurityTip graphics to use in real-time coaching campaigns. You can use these graphics to coach your users about risky activity and how to avoid it in the future.

Uploading a Custom SecurityTip
To upload a custom SecurityTip graphic, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your KMSAT console.
- Navigate to SecurityCoach > SecurityTips.
- Click + New SecurityTip.
- Fill out the fields for your custom SecurityTip graphic. For more information, see the screenshot and list below:
- Content Title: Enter a descriptive title for your graphic.
- Description: Enter a short summary about your graphic.

Thumbnail: Upload a preview image for your graphic. This graphic will display on the SecurityTips subtab next to the graphic's card (click to view).
Note: Thumbnail files must be in JPG or PNG format, no larger than 10 MB, and sized to 500 x 500 pixels or less.
- Topics: Select the topics for your graphic. For more information, see our Which Topics Can I Use with My Custom SecurityTips? article.
- Click the Save button. You'll be redirected to the SecurityTip Details page where you’ll add the language files for your custom graphic.
- Click + Add Language.
- Fill out the fields for the language file. For more information, see the screenshot and list below:

Alt Text: Enter alternative text (alt text) for your graphic. This text helps improve accessibility for users with screen readers.
Note: Ensure that your alt text is written in the language you select below.
- Language: Choose the language for your alt text. For more information about our supported languages, see our Localization Guide.
- Status: Select Draft or Published. Your language file must be in the Published status before you can use it in real-time coaching campaigns.

Content File: Select your graphic. Users will see this graphic when they receive the SecurityTip.
Note: Ensure that any text in the graphic is written in the language that you selected above.Note: Files must be smaller than 1 GB.

Alt Text: Enter alternative text (alt text) for your graphic. This text helps improve accessibility for users with screen readers.
- Click Save to save your language file.
- Repeat steps 6-8 for any additional languages that you want to add for your graphic.
When you save your language file, you’ll be redirected to the SecurityTip Details page. Here, you can view information about your graphic, including a list of your language files, their statuses, and when they were updated.
You can click Edit Content Options to edit the information about your custom SecurityTip and select the default language for your SecurityTip. If you have multiple language files, you can set the default language file for your SecurityTip.
You can view all of your custom graphics by navigating to SecurityTips > Types > Custom. If you would like to edit a custom graphic, you can click Details on the graphic's card.
Deleting a Custom SecurityTip
You can delete a custom graphic or choose to delete a specific language file.
If you would like to delete a custom SecurityTip that’s been used in a campaign, you’ll need to deactivate the campaign and then archive the SecurityTip. If you would like to delete a custom SecurityTip that’s been used in a deactivated campaign, you’ll need to first delete the associated campaign and then delete the SecurityTip. Deleting a Custom Graphic
If you’re deleting a custom SecurityTip that’s been used in a campaign, you’ll need to first archive the SecurityTip graphic. Follow the steps below to learn how to delete a custom SecurityTip.
- Log in to your KMSAT console.
- Navigate to SecurityCoach > SecurityTips.
- From the Types drop-down menu, select Custom.
- Find the SecurityTip you want to remove, then click Details.
- On the SecurityTip Details page, select Archive.
- In the pop-up window that appears, click Confirm.
- Click Delete.
- In the pop-up window that appears, click Confirm. This action can’t be undone.
Deleting a Custom Language File
If you don’t want to delete an entire custom SecurityTip, you can delete a specific language file. To delete a custom language file, follow the steps below.
- Log in to your KMSAT console.
- Navigate to SecurityCoach > SecurityTips.
- From the Types drop-down menu, select Custom.
- Find the SecurityTip whose language file you want to remove, then click Details.
- On the SecurityTip Details page, find the language file you want to delete.
- Click the three dots icon, then click Delete. This action can’t be undone.
