Some users on Outlook for Mac have reported issues where the Add-in is not prompting correctly. When the side panel opens, the following error is displayed: "Something went wrong. Undefined".

This error occurs when the legacy "Outlook for Mac" is being used. This version is missing some of the Outlook JavaScript requirements that the Web Add-in uses to function correctly. Due to this, we only support Mac users on the "New UI" version of Outlook.

You can switch to this version by unticking "Legacy Outlook" in the Outlook dropdown on the menu bar.
