Whitelist for Harmony Email & Collaboration in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

If your organization uses Harmony Email & Collaboration Harmony Email & Collaboration (link opens in new window) (formerly Avanan), you need to exclude KnowBe4’s IP addresses from your organization's Journal rules Journal rules (link opens in new window) to prevent our simulated phishing emails from being archived or causing false positives. Note:If you use the Journal rules Journal rules (link opens in new window) feature from Harmony Email & Collaboration, you'll need to exclude KnowBe4’s IP addresses from your organization's Journal rules to prevent our simulated phishing emails from being archived or causing false positives.
