In this article, you'll learn about the Users and Groups tabs on the User Insights page of your KnowBe4 Platform. From these tabs, you can review individual and group-level Risk Scores across your organization, see login activity, and export the data for further analysis.
You can access User Insights from the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
User Insights
The User Insights page provides a centralized view of human risk across your organization, based on each user's and each group's Risk Score. You can quickly identify your highest-risk users, compare risk across departments or teams, and monitor login activity to spot users who have gone inactive. Use this page to decide where to focus additional training, coaching, or phishing simulations. You can also track whether your organization's overall risk is trending up or down over time.
