Admin Approval
For outbound emails routed to admin approval, will the email appear in the sender's Sent Items or their Outbox?
The email will appear in the sender's Sent Items folder. The routing to admin approval happens in the backend.
Will the sender receive a notification that their email is on hold pending admin approval?
The sender won't receive a notification.
Will the sender receive a notification once the admin approves the email and it's sent to the recipient?
The sender will receive a notification if Prevent blocks the email from being sent.

How can I find a list of active users in Prevent?

Is there a way to limit the on-send scan time for the Prevent add-in?
Yes. To configure the real-time nudge timeout, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your KnowBe4 Security Center (KSC).
- Navigate to your Prevent Dashboard > Prevent Settings.
- Under KnowBe4 Email Security Add-In, click Manage.
- Set the Realtime Nudge Timeout to your preferred value.
When I send emails, why are some of my emails stuck in my Drafts folder?
This known issue occurs when you click away too quickly while an email is being processed by the add-in. KnowBe4 has raised this issue with Microsoft for a fix.
