This article provides instructions for allowing your users to log in to KnowBe4 using their Microsoft 365 credentials. Enabling this feature lets your users access their secure messages without a separate KnowBe4 ID and password.

Prerequisites

To complete these steps, you must have Azure admin permissions for your organization.

Instructions

To authorize the connection with Microsoft 365, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Azure admin portal.
2. Navigate to Enterprise Applications.
3. Click + New application.
4. In the search bar, type “Egress Open ID”.
5. Select the Egress Open ID entry from the list.
6. Click Sign up for Egress Open ID.
7. Log in using your admin credentials.
8. Review the requested permissions and select the Consent on behalf of your organization check box.
9. Click Accept.
