If you use multiple email addresses to receive secure emails, you can link your accounts together. Linking accounts allows you to open secure content sent to any of your addresses without having to log out and switch accounts.

Prerequisites

To link your email accounts, the following prerequisites are required:

• You must have an active, registered account for each email address you wish to link.
• You must have access to the inboxes of the email address you want to link.

Linking Your Accounts

To link two or more accounts, follow the steps below for each account:

1. Log in to your primary KnowBe4 account.
2. In the menu on the left side of the screen, select Access Settings.
3. Navigate to the My account section.
4. In the text box provided, enter the alternative email address you want to link with. If you are linking multiple email addresses, separate each email address with a semicolon.
5. Click Save.
6. Repeat the above steps for your alternative account.
