Admins can view security logs for all users and zones under their administrative control. Audit logs provide in-depth access to information about user actions in Workspace.
Note:To view the audit logs mentioned in this article, you must be a System Admin or have a customized role with the necessary permissions granted.
To view an audit log for all the zones you administer, navigate to Admin Tools > Audit Events > System Security Events. This page will display a list of the following information:
- All actions
- The date and time of each action
- The zone where the action occurred
- The zone's owner
- The IP address of the action's source
Audit logs can be searched or downloaded as a CSV file.
Viewing a User's Audit Log
To view all actions for a specific user, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Admin Tools > Users/Groups > Manage Users and Groups.
- Search for the user you wish to audit.
- Select the View/Edit User button on the line entry of the user.
- Under the Recent Activity section, you will see audit entries for the user.
- Select the View Full Audit button to see the complete audit.
