Workspace offers the ability to customize the themes and branding in the application. This feature can be requested by an admin or owner of the Workspace. The logo and color scheme of the online file management interface and notification emails can be customized.
To submit a custom branding request, please contact our support team and include the following information for each request type.
Web Interface logo change request:
- A logo with a maximum height of 60px
- No wider than 200px (recommended)
- Monochrome where possible
- The primary colour hex code that you wish to use to replace the default colour scheme
- The URL of the Workspace that you wish to change
- Confirmation that you are the owner of the Workspace, or contact details for the owner, for us to confirm the change
A member of the team will get back to you once the change has been made, or discuss further if we need any further information.
Email notification image change request:
- A full colour logo or image
- Maximum width of 600px
Once we receive your request, we aim to complete it in a five-day SLA. Extra branding purchases are not required for Workspace. Change requests are a free service.
