How do I check if a user has been disabled, and how do I change this if they are?
Navigate to Admin Tools > Manage Enrolled User and Group Permissions. Here, you can locate the user and view their status. If this says disabled, you are able to change this using the drop-down menu.
How do I manage a "403 Access Denied - This Account does not have a Licence associated to it" error?
This error occurs because the organization has limited Workspace licenses. A Workspace admin will need to assign a licence to the user experiencing the error.
Can you restrict email domains in Workspace?
Unfortunately, this is not currently possible.
How to enable notifications when files are downloaded?
If you navigate to Roles, then Files/Folder Roles under Admin Tools under the Notification Event tab, you can select Files Downloaded to enable these notifications.
How can I modify the options for User Roles in Workspace?
Navigate to Roles > Manage System roles. Select the User Role you would like to edit, and then enable or disable the different role features as required.
Is it possible to delete users from Workspace?
Currently, it is only possible to disable users rather than delete them to retain audit events.
How does Workspace licencing work?
Workspace licensing is calculated based on the number of internal users who are both shared and active on the organization's Workspace. This feature is based on domain mapping. Domain mapping is usually done when the Workspace is first launched. However, it can be changed at any time. To do this, please contact the support team for assistance.
In order to view the number of Workspace licenses you have, navigate to your Workspace URL and visit the Admin Dashboard. You will then see the total number of licenses within the portal.
Is there a soft or hard delete option in Workspace?
The file retention policy, located under Admin Tools, enables you to select either soft or hard delete. If soft delete is enabled, any deleted files will first go to the Workspace recycle bin.
