This article will provide a guide on how to revoke access for a user or group to a specific zone in Workspace. This action is typically restricted to users who have the Administrator role. Most roles, such as guest users, cannot change other users' permissions.
To revoke access to a zone, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the zone you want to revoke access to.
- Under the Share button, a list of users and groups with access to the zone is displayed.
- Select the user group whose access you want to revoke.
- In the Existing Shares dialog box, use the drop-down menu to select Revoke Access.
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
