When someone shares a file, folder, or zone with you using Workspace, you will receive an automated email notification. This guide explains how to use the link in that email to log in securely and access your shared documents.
To open an item that has been shared with you, follow the steps below:
- Open the email containing details of the share.
- Click on the access link.
- You will be taken to a login page.
- Once you are successfully logged in, you will be taken to the zone or a details page that displays more information about the file.
You can access all previously shared items with you using the Shared With Me tab in Workspace.
