This article explains how to upload files to a zone to share data with your team securely. Whether you are adding a single document or multiple files at once, this process ensures your information is organized and accessible to authorized users.
To upload a file to a zone or folder, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Zone or Folder you wish to add to.
- Click Upload.
- Click Select Files to browse for files.
- Optionally set a time restriction on the files by using the drop-down menus under File Expiry.
- Click Upload.
- Click Close to close the upload window.
- Once uploaded, the files will appear in the main zone or file window.
Note:Your Workspace admin may have put file restrictions in place to prevent users from uploading certain file formats.
