In the Vendor Risk Management module of your KCM GRC account, you can export a CSV file with data about your vendor profiles and the issues you've created for your vendors' questionnaire responses. Downloading a CSV file can help you keep a record of information that you may need in the future.
When you export data from the Vendor Risk Management module, the CSV exports will appear on the Data Exports page. From the Data Exports page, you can download data exports to your device.

Exporting a Vendor List
You can export a CSV file with a list of all vendors you've added to your platform. This export includes information from the Vendor Details pages, such as contact information and vendor scores. To learn more about vendor profiles, see our How to Create and Manage Vendor Profiles article.
To export and download a list of your vendors, follow the steps below.
- From the navigation panel, navigate to Vendor Management > Vendors.
- Click the Export CSV button.
Tip: If you would like to export information about only one of your vendors, enter the desired vendor name in the search field before you click the Export CSV button.
- In the Name of Export field, enter a name for your data export.
- Click the Create Export button.
- From the navigation panel, click Data Exports.
- Find the data export that you created.
Note: In the Type column of the Data Exports page, this export will be labeled Vendor List.
- In the Actions, click the Download button.
After you download your vendor list CSV file, you can open the file in your preferred spreadsheet program.

Name | This column displays the name of the vendor. |
Contact Name | This column displays the name of the primary contact for the vendor. The Contact Name field is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). This name is also displayed on the Vendors page. |
Contact Email | This column displays the email address of the primary contact for the vendor. The Contact Email field is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). |
Contacts Name | This column displays the name of the vendor contact for the vendor. This name is displayed in the Name column under the Contacts tab on the Vendor Details page (click to view example).
Note: If you have created user accounts for multiple contacts for a vendor, the vendor will have an additional entry in the export file for each contact that is listed in the Contacts tab on the Vendor Details page.

Contacts Email | This column displays the email address of the vendor contact for the vendor. This email is displayed in the Email column under the Contacts tab on the Vendor Details page (click to view example).

Date Created | This column displays the date and time, in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), that the vendor was added to your KCM GRC account. |
Vendor Status | This column displays the status that is selected for the vendor.
The Vendor Status is displayed on the Vendor Details page. |
Vendor Type | This column displays the type that is selected for the vendor, either Internal or External. The Vendor Type field is displayed on the Vendor Details page. |
Data Types |
This column displays the data types that are selected for the vendor. The Data Types field is displayed on the Vendor Details page. To learn more about data types, see the Organization Contact Details section of our How to Create and Manage Vendor Profiles article. |
Telephone | This column displays the vendor's telephone number. The Telephone field is displayed on the Vendor Details page. |
Industry | This column displays the industry that is selected for the vendor. The Industry field is displayed on the Vendor Details page. |
Address | This column displays the vendor's mailing address. The vendor's address is displayed in multiple fields on the Vendor Details page. |
Vendor Owner | This column displays the email address of the KCM GRC user who created the vendor's profile in your account. The Vendor Owner is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). |
Vendor Score |
This column displays the average score of the vendor's questionnaires. The Vendor Score is displayed on the Vendor Details page. To learn more about vendor scores, see the Working With Vendor Profiles (Vendor Details) section of our How to Create and Manage Vendor Profiles article. |
Vendor Score Offset |
This column displays the percentage that original vendor score was manually adjusted by, if applicable. This percentage will be an integer between -100 and 100. When applicable, the Vendor Score Offset is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). Vendor Score Adjustment Note |
This column displays the note that was added when the vendor score was manually adjusted, if applicable. When applicable, the Vendor Score Offset Note is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). Original Vendor Score |
This column displays the original vendor score before the score was manually adjusted, if applicable. When applicable, the Original Vendor Score is displayed on the Vendor Details page (click to view example). To learn more about adjusting vendor scores, see the Working With Vendor Profiles (Vendor Details) section of our How to Create and Manage Vendor Profiles article. |
Questionnaire Name | This column displays the name of the questionnaire that was sent to the vendor. The questionnaires that have been sent to the vendor are displayed on the Vendor Details page under the Assigned Questionnaires tab (click to view example).
Note: If you have sent multiple questionnaires to a vendor, the vendor will have multiple rows in the CSV export. One row will exist for each questionnaire that you've sent to the vendor (click to view example).

Questionnaire Status |
This column displays the status of the questionnaire that has been sent to the vendor. A questionnaire's Status is displayed on the Vendor Details page under the Assigned Questionnaires tab. To learn more about questionnaire statuses, see Working With Vendor Profiles (Vendor Details). |
Questionnaire Due Date |
This column displays the questionnaire's due date, if applicable. A questionnaire's Due Date is displayed on the Vendor Details page under the Assigned Questionnaires tab. Details of Services/Goods | This column displays the description of the services or goods that the vendor provides, if applicable. |
Notes | This column displays the notes that were entered on the vendor's Vendor Details page. |
Exporting a Vendor Issue List
You can export a CSV file with information about the issues that you've created for your vendors' questionnaire responses. To learn more about vendor issues, see our How to Review Questionnaires and Create Issues article.
To export and download a list of your vendor issues, follow the steps below.
- From the navigation panel, navigate to Vendor Management > Vendor Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Vendor Issues area and click the Export CSV button.
- In the Name of Export field, enter a name for your data export.
- Click the Create Export button.
- From the navigation panel, click Data Exports.
- Find the data export that you created.
Note: In the Type column of the Data Exports page, vendor issue list exports will be labeled Vendor Issue List.
- In the Actions column, click the Download button.
After you download your vendor issues list CSV file, you can open the file in your preferred spreadsheet program.

Max Score | This column displays the maximum score possible for the question. |
Issue Status |

Date Created | This column displays the date the issue was created on. |
Date Updated | This column displays the date that the issue was last updated on. This date will be updated if a change was made to the Status, Priority, or Current Score fields or if a file was uploaded to the issue. |
