The KnowBe4 Academy is an education platform where admins can learn how to successfully use and integrate KnowBe4’s products. In the academy, admins can follow various learning paths for different areas of KnowBe4, including KSAT, PhishER, and SecurityCoach. Accessing the Academy
Before accessing the academy for the first time, ensure your first and last name are entered on the admin Profile page.
To access the academy from your KSAT console, click your email address in the top-right corner of the page. Then, click KnowBe4 Academy.
To access the academy from your PhishER console, click the user icon at the bottom of the navigation bar. Then, click KnowBe4 Academy.
Setting Up Your Profile
We recommend setting up your profile to customize your settings and preferences.
To set up your profile, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the KnowBe4 Academy.

Click the profile picture icon in the top-right corner of the page, then click Settings.
- You’ll be taken to the User Settings page.
- On the General subtab, you can edit your profile picture, personal details, and more.
- When you’re finished editing information on this subtab, click Save.
Navigating the Academy
You can navigate through the academy to see our courses for our different products. For more information, see the subsections below.
Home
On the Home page, you can view our Learning Programs (course groupings) and Fresh Content (newly added courses).
From this page, you can also view our Knowledge Base, connect on the KnowBe4 Community KnowBe4 Community (link opens in new window), or go to KnowBe4.com KnowBe4.com (link opens in new window).
Library
On the Library page, you can view all of your academy content.
Click on a specific activity to begin learning.
