Whitelisting Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with receiving emails related to your KnowBe4 Partner Portal, you may need to whitelist the IP addresses and/or our sending email address in your mail server.
Follow the two steps below to whitelist:
- Make sure that our Partner Portal email sender is whitelisted--this is kb4partners “at” KnowBe4.com.
- Whitelist the Salesforce IP ranges below. Make sure you can receive emails from these addresses:
