Whitelisting Notifications from KCM GRC

If you use the KCM Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform, you will receive various types of email notifications from the console. If you're experiencing deliverability issues with your KCM GRC platform or policy campaign notifications, whitelist either the IP addresses or the hostnames shown below.

Important: Be careful not to over-whitelist. Depending on your environment, add the following IP addresses or hostname to your spam filter or mail server:

* Please note that "/26" is the CIDR format for an IP subnet mask. In this case, it indicates the following IP range: 147.160.167.0 - 147.160.167.63. For more information on IP network subnets, please see here.

Important: Before adding end users to your policy management module, each of the email address domains held by your employees must be added to the Domain Whitelist under your Account Settings. Please contact our Support team with a request to add your domains (note: you may be asked to provide proof of ownership).
