How do I resend a training notification email to my users?
You can resend a training notification email in two different ways:
Option 1:

From the Training Campaigns screen, click on the title of your campaign and click the Notify Users button on the top-right corner of the screen.

Select the notification type and the user the notification should go to.
Option 2:
- From the Training Campaigns screen, click on the title of your campaign and go to the Users tab.
- Select the users you want to resend notifications to.
- Click the Actions button in the top-right.

Click the Send Notification option.
I have a few users who missed the training due date and I would like to resend the original notification to them. How do I do this?
You can resend the training notification to users with past due training by extending the deadline for the selected users:
- From the Training Campaigns screen, click on a training campaign and click the Users tab.
- Select the Past Due option on the campaign screen.
- Click the checkbox next to the user’s name and click the Extend Selected option under the Actions button.

Once the deadline is extended, select the option to send your users a notification telling them to complete their training.
Can I send additional notifications to my users even though my campaign has already started?
Yes! You can send out additional notifications while a campaign is in progress, but we recommend using manual notifications instead. To do this, follow the steps below:
- From the Training Campaigns screen, click on the title of any campaigns currently in progress.

Click on the green Notify Users button in the top-right corner.
- Select the type of notification that you would like to send to the currently-enrolled users. Then select who you would like to send the notifications to (users, admins, or managers).

Click Send and the notifications will be sent to the affected users.
Can I send additional notifications for specific courses in my campaign?
Yes! To do this:
- Click on the title of the campaign.
- Click on the title of the specific course that you want to resend training notifications for.

Click the checkbox next to the user’s email and select Send Notification under the blue Actions tab.
Can I send additional notifications to users who have started, but not completed training?
Yes! To do this:
- Click on the title of any campaigns that are currently in progress.

Click on the green Notify Users button in the top-right corner.
- Under Notification Type, click the Users that have logged in but have not completed all assignments option.
- Under the Select Recipients and Templates section, check the box next to User.

Select the type of notification message that you want to send to the users to remind them to complete their training.
- Click Send and the notifications will be sent to the necessary users.
How do I notify admins/managers of employees that have not completed their training?
To do this:
- From the Training Campaigns screen, click on the title of any campaigns currently in progress.

Click on the green Notify Users button in the top right-hand corner.
- Under Notification Type, click the Users that have logged in but have not completed all assignments option.
- Under the Select Recipients and Templates section, check the box next to Manager and Admin.
- Select the type of notification message that you want to send to the admins and managers.

Click Send and the notifications will be sent to the account admins and managers.
Can I notify users about their incomplete training that can be completed after the due date?
Yes, you can notify users about any training that can be completed after the due date. This process can be done while you are creating your campaign:
- Click the blue + Create Training Campaign button in the top-right corner.
- Make sure the Allow assignments to be completed after due date box is selected.
- Click the green + Add Notification button at the bottom of the page.
- For Notification Type, select the Past Due option. You can decide when you want to send this notification and how long it should repeat.
- Check the box next to who you would like to send this notification to (users, admins, or managers).

Select the notification type for each group and click Save.
