With SmartRisk™ Engine and Risk Score, you’ll be assigned a dynamic Risk Score calculated using risk factors from various security types based on received data and your activity. Risky behavior increases your Risk Score, and secure behavior decreases it.
Risky Behavior
When you engage in risky behavior, your Personal Risk Score will increase. Some examples of risky behavior include:
- Clicking on phishing links
- Not completing mandatory training
- Sharing files to an external device
- Visiting harmful websites
Secure Behavior
When you engage in secure behavior, your Personal Risk Score will decrease. Some examples of secure behavior include:
- Reporting phishing emails with the Phish Alert Button (PAB)
- Completing mandatory training
- Using strong passwords
