If you’re reading this, your organization has deployed our SecurityCoach product. With SecurityCoach, you’ll receive SecurityTips to coach you about risky behavior. You’ll also receive training notifications for your security awareness training.
To learn more about the notifications you’ll receive and to see what they’ll look like, read about your organization’s delivery method below.
Microsoft Teams
If your organization uses Microsoft Teams, you’ll receive SecurityTips and training notifications in your Microsoft Teams account. To view what these messages look like, see the screenshots below.
Slack
If your organization uses Slack, you’ll receive SecurityTips and training notifications in your Slack account. To view what these messages look like, see the screenshots below.
Google Chat
If your organization uses Google Chat, you’ll receive SecurityTips and training notifications in your Google Chat account. To view what these messages look like, see the screenshots below.
If your organization uses email delivery, you’ll receive SecurityTips and training notifications in your work email account. To view what these messages look like, see the screenshots below.
Feedback
If your organization requests feedback for SecurityTips, you’ll have the opportunity to provide that feedback at the end of your SecurityTip notification. When you provide feedback, your responses will go to your organization’s SecurityCoach admin team. To view what these feedback options look like, see the screenshot and list below:
- Mark as Read: Select this button to confirm you have received the SecurityTip.
- Do you know why you received this message?: Select Yes or No to indicate if you know why you have received this SecurityTip.
- Share feedback or questions with your admin: Type in the text field to share any feedback or questions you may have about the SecurityTip.
Once you have provided your responses, click Submit at the bottom of the SecurityTip to ensure your responses are recorded.
