Where can I see when my subscription will expire?
In your KSAT console, click your email in the top-right corner and click Account Settings. In the Account Information section, under Purchased Products and Add-ons you can see your Subscription End Date for any of the KnowBe4 products you've purchased.
How do I upgrade, renew, or cancel my subscription?
Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager for assistance.
I don't know who my Customer Success Manager is. How can I find out?
In your KSAT console, click your email in the top-right corner, then click Account Settings. In the Account Information section, under Customer Success Manager, you can see their name and email address.
How do I unsubscribe from the KnowBe4 newsletter?
Scroll down to the bottom of the email you received and click the Unsubscribe link or email opt-out@knowbe4.com.
