After you have completed your assigned training content, you will receive a training certificate. If you forget to print or download your certificate after you complete your training, you can still download or print your certificate as long as the campaign is still open. However, if the campaign is closed, you'll need to contact your admin, who can provide you with a copy of the certificate.

To download or print your training certificate, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your KnowBe4 account.
2. Select the Training tab at the top of the page.
3. From your list of training, find the training content that you would like to download a certificate for.
   Note:For Arabic certificates, the content title and duration will display in English.
4. Click Download Certificate. The certificate will be localized into your selected training language automatically.
   Note:If you are required to read and acknowledge a URL policy with your training, the Download Certificate button will not display until you have read and acknowledged the policy.
   

When you click Download Certificate, your certificate will open in a new tab in your browser. From this tab, you can view, download, or print your certificate. If you experience any issues with viewing, downloading, or printing your certificate, please contact your account admin for assistance.
