Clicks Aren't Being Shown in My Phishing Campaign
If clicks are not being recorded on your phishing tests, you may have a firewall or proxy blocking access to the phishing campaign's landing page.
Clicks are tracked when users click on links within a phishing test and are taken to a landing page. If a firewall or proxy is blocking users from getting to the landing page, their clicks will not be registered. You will need to whitelist a list of the KnowBe4 Landing Page domains in your firewall or proxy to fix this issue. Whitelisting our domains will make sure that users are directed to the landing page you’ve designated for that campaign, allowing their clicks to be recorded.
