Quiz Interactions Reports are a Diamond subscription-level feature that includes information such as your users' quiz results and what answers they selected. This report can help you to identify trends such as commonly missed questions. You can use these insights to improve your training program. Enabling Quiz Interactions
Before you can create a Quiz Interactions Report, you need to first enable the setting.
- Log in to your KSAT console.
- Click your username in the top-right corner of the page, then select Account Settings.
- Navigate to Training > Training Settings.
- Enable the Track SCORM Interactions check box.
- Select a duration for storing quiz interaction data.
Creating A Report
You can create a Quiz Interactions Report in your KSAT console by navigating to Reports > Quiz Interactions Reports. For more information, see the screenshot and list below:
- Report Type: From this drop-down menu, select Training Interactions by Purchased Course to see commonly missed questions by course. Or, select Training Interactions by Group to see commonly missed questions by group. Training Interactions by Group reports are calculated by dividing the sum of the individual group scores by the number of groups selected. Training Interactions by Purchased Course reports show individual scores grouped by different training content.
- Content: From this drop-down menu, select the training content you want to see the quiz results for.
- Date Range: From this drop-down menu, select the date range you want to see quiz results for. You have the option to see quiz results for the last six months, last quarter, and more.

Attempt per Enrollment: From this drop-down menu, select First Attempt to see quiz results for the first attempt in a campaign enrollment or select Latest Attempt to see quiz results for the latest attempt in a campaign enrollment.
Note: Attempts are based on campaign enrollment. Users enrolled in a course in multiple campaigns will have multiple First Attempts.
- Enrollment Language: From this drop-down menu, select the language you want to see the quiz results for.
- User Status: From this drop-down menu, select Active to see quiz results for users who are active in the console, or select Archived to see quiz results for users who are no longer active in the console and have been archived.
After you select your filters, click the View Report button.
You can select View Question Details on the right side of the page to see a detailed report on your users’ quiz selections.
As shown in the screenshot below, the total percent correct is indicated by a blue percentage bar. Correct answers are indicated by a checkmark and a green percentage bar. Incorrect answers are indicated by a yellow percentage bar and will only appear if a user selected an incorrect answer.
