In your KSAT console, you can manage your landing pages and view the landing pages we offer. To manage landing pages, follow the steps below:
- In your KSAT console, navigate to the Phishing tab.
- Select the Landing Pages subtab.
- Select the section of landing pages that you would like to view. The My Landing Pages section shows all landing pages that you created. The System Landing Pages section shows all landing pages created by KnowBe4 that you can use in your campaigns.
My Landing Pages
For more information about how to manage the My Landing Pages section, see the screenshot and list below:

My Categories: This section will show all available landing pages that you’ve created or saved. You can add categories to store your landing pages. By hovering your cursor over a category, you will see options to either Edit or Delete a category.
Note: If you create a new landing page, you must create a category. Uncategorized landing pages will be in the Drafts category and can’t be selected when setting up a phishing campaign.
- +Add: Click the +Add button to create a new landing page category. This feature is only available for the My Landing Pages section.
- Title: In this section, you’ll see a check box next to each entry. If you select this check box, the Selected Landing Pages bar will display at the top of the page. Here, you can move all selected landing pages to a category.
- Search: Enter the name of a landing page in the search bar to find it.
- Actions: Under this column, you’ll see two options: the eye icon and the copy icon. Click the eye icon to see a preview of what the landing page looks like for users. Click the copy icon to copy the landing page’s URL. You can’t share landing pages outside of the console using the preview URL or the URL in the text box. To share a landing page, you must set up a test phishing campaign with any of the users of your choice.
System Landing Pages
For more information about how to manage the System Landing Pages section, see the screenshots and list below:
- System Categories: This section will show all available system landing pages created by KnowBe4. You can use these landing pages in your phishing campaigns. You can add these to My Landing Pages.

Add to Category: Use this drop-down menu to add your selected landing pages to your custom landing page categories.

Move a Landing Page from the Drafts Category
When you create a landing page, it gets added to the Drafts category under My Landing Pages. To use your landing page in a phishing campaign, you'll have to move it from the Drafts category to any of the other categories in the My Landing Pages section. Follow the steps below to learn how you can move your landing pages:
- In your KnowBe4 console, navigate to Phishing > Landing Pages.
- In the My Categories section, click Drafts.
- Select the check box next to the landing page you want to move to a new category. A Selected Landing Pages header will display at the top of the page after selecting the check box.
- In the Selected Landing Pages header, click the Move to Category drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down menu, choose the category you want to use for your selected landing page.
- Click Move.
