Our Executive Reports feature allows you to create custom graphs and tables using widgets. You can use these graphs to display your organization’s phishing, training, and Risk Score metrics.

Sometimes, stakeholders may ask you to add specific information to your reports. In this article, you can find common metrics that stakeholders, such as security administrators, may want to view in your executive reports. Training Metrics

Using the Training Metrics widget, you can create the following graphs and charts.

Training Status by Manager

You can create a table that displays the percentage of not started, complete, and in progress training for your managers’ teams.

To create this table, select the options listed in the table below:

Training Completion by Manager

You can create a table that displays the percentage of training that each manager’s team has completed.

Phishing Metrics

Using the Phishing Metrics widget, you can create the following graphs, charts, and gauges.

Top Five Riskiest Users

You can create a table that displays the five users in your organization with the highest Phish-prone Percentage.

To create this table, select the options listed in the table below:

Phish-prone Percentage by Department

You can create a line graph that shows trends in your departments’ Phish-prone Percentage over time.

Percentage of Phishing Security Tests Reported by Department

You can create a line graph that shows trends in your departments’ reported Phishing Security Tests (PSTs) over time.
