In this article, you'll learn how to integrate Bitdefender GravityZone with Real-Time Coaching. Once the integration is complete, data from Bitdefender GravityZone will be available in the Coaching tab of your KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training (SAT) console. This data can be viewed in Real-Time Coaching reports and used to create detection rules for Real-Time Coaching categories. For more information about Real-Time Coaching, see our overview article.

Set Up the Integration in Bitdefender GravityZone

Before you can set up this integration in Real-Time Coaching, you'll need to copy your Access URL and create an API key in your GravityZone Control Center.

Copy Your Access URL

To copy your Access URL, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your GravityZone Control Center.

2. Navigate to your account by selecting your profile dropdown menu in the top-right corner and selecting My Account.

   

3. Under the Control Center API section, locate your Access URL.

   

4. Copy and save the Access URL somewhere you can easily access it. You'll need this URL to complete the integration in Real-Time Coaching.

Create Your API Key

After you’ve copied your access URL, create your API key by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your GravityZone Control Center.

2. Navigate to your account by selecting your profile dropdown menu in the top-right corner and selecting My Account.

   

3. In the API keys section, select + Add. An API key pop-up window will display.

4. In the API Key Description field, enter a description. In the Enabled APIs section, select the Event Push Service API check box.

   

5. Select Save to create your new API key.

6. Under the API keys section, select your new API Key. An API key pop-up window will display.

   

7. In the API key pop-up window that opens, copy and save the Key somewhere you can easily access it. You'll need this API key to complete the integration in Real-Time Coaching.

   

Set Up the Integration in Real-Time Coaching

Once you have set up the integration in Bitdefender GravityZone, you can set up the integration in Real-Time Coaching by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your KnowBe4 SAT console
2. Navigate to Coaching > Setup > Security Vendor Integrations.
3. Locate the Bitdefender GravityZone tile and select Configure.
4. Enter the Access URL and API Key that you saved earlier.
5. Select Connect.

Map Your Users

After you’ve finished integrating Bitdefender, we recommend mapping your users using mapping rules or by uploading a CSV file. For more information, see our user mapping article.

Manage Detection Rules

Delete the Integration in Real-Time Coaching

If you want to delete the Bitdefender integration from Real-Time Coaching, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your KnowBe4 SAT console.
2. Navigate to Coaching > Setup > Security Vendor Integrations.
3. Locate the Bitdefender vendor tile and select Edit.
4. Select Delete Integration near the bottom of the page.
